I had a great experience at Northern MG in South Morang!nVince was friendly and really helpful even though he had to eat his lunch cold because of me . I was a bit wary about driving an electric car for the first time but Vince was great, accompanying me to put me at ease.nI got the car I wanted in the colour I wanted at a good price. Finance was approved quickly, thanks to Nikolas.
Although there was a bit of a lack of communication, I can say they were true to their words. The service received from Nathan and the honesty of Travis highly appreciated. Loving my new MGZst Essence. Nathan and Travis were great when we had an initial issue after 3 days of purchase.
From the moment I walked into the showroom, Michael Joseph greeted myself and my son with a smile and a huge amount of knowledge on the vehicles. Any questions I asked him he had every answer. Buying a new car for my son he made his experience joyful which pleased me emensly. He is outgoing, professional and has a huge range of knowledge in the motor game. Young Man with a very bright future ahead of him. The owner should be proud to have him in his team. To the day we picked up the MG ZR he was always very professional and felt like I was dealing with a family member which made our experience enjoyable. I wish this company an especially Michael Joseph all the very best. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but never had a salesman like Joseph. If I could give Michael 10 stars I would. Buying my first brand new car was a truly amazing experience with the team here at Northern MG. Michael Joseph was super friendly and knowledgeable, and even threw in a complimentary redbull ; truly impeccable service. Couldn't be happier with my new MG4.
Having purchased 3 vehicles from Northern motor group. Took my brother to see Steve for a zst. He looked after me at Kia. He gave us a great deal and great service. I will be back to buy from him in December.
