I’m pretty sure it could be because us Greek and Italians are the same people although, absolutely amazing service from nick and George! Within a week I had my dream Mustang GT, they were very very helpful, kept on top with all my enquires leading up to pick up day! Chose to even drive back and fourth from Epping to do my services as I received such friendly and professional service.

Excellent service from Yaani, Ben and John from finance department. Yaani took his time to show me the new Next Gen Ranger and all its new features. I received nothing but the best from Epping. Easy to deal with, professional, great communication by George to ensure my car pick up day would go smoothly and timely. Dealing with George in Sales, Nick in Finance & James in Management was superb…I have purchased 3 vehicles from Epping over the years and my customer experience gets better each visit. There is a reason why this Dealership wins top awards. No doubt I will return.

Michael was our sales person, he was very helpful, polite, answered all our questions and what I liked the most was he wasn’t a pushy sales person. Michael made our sales transaction go through smoothly and efficiently. I’d also like to thank Nick in Finance Dept for all his help and friendly service. I  never felt like I was an inconvenience when I called to ask a question and he also made the finance part go smoothly.

Went to Bayford Ford Epping to purchase a vehicle, while my wife and I were looking at several cars, Michael who works as a salesman come along, we were looking at a particular vehicle, but it was a bit too small for our family, so Michael suggested we look at another vehicle and it was the one my wife and I liked very much. So we went inside the office to talk about products we could add to the vehicle, so we were introduced to Jess,she was very good in explaining the add ons we opted to put on the car. Finally we were introduced to Nick from Finance who was very helpful to what we needed for the car. We were very happy with the CUSTOMER SERVICE we received while we were there. Michael was very friendly, polite to my wife and I, and has very good customer service skills to offer Bayford Ford Epping. Thank you again to all the people mentioned in my post on a job well done.
