We had an awesome experience buying our first new car CRV-VTiS. Thanks to Louis, Matthew and Steve for assisting us in all our queries. Ten years ago I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Steve & received great service even after the purchase. Now I'm the owner of a 2019 NEW CR-V. Again we have received the red carpet treatment. Thank you Steven & Louis for spending the time to help us choose the car right for our family.  Definitely will recommend Northway Honda, Bundoora to friends & family.

A few months ago we went looking for a Honda Civic. Eugene Birritta was the sales executive we met. No hard sell, just a straightforward presentation and test drive - he let the Phoenix Orange Civic speak for itself! We had signed up, however, not long after our financial circumstances changed such that we were not able to proceed with the final purchase. Eugene was utterly professional throughout the whole process and wonderfully understanding. He and and the team at Northway Honda are to be highly commended for their understanding and professionalism. Highly recommended and attached is a picture of the car.

I have no complaints about this dealership. I bought a brand new Honda civic that I am very happy with. Louis, the salesman I dealt with was fantastic. Not pushy or overbearing. He asked a lot of questions to understand what kind of car I needed. He was very informative and patient and gave me all the time I needed to make the right decision. He's colleague Mathew who was in charge of the financial aspect was also great. Honest and realistic about payment options and very efficient. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for friendly service and quality vehicles.

Excellent, friendly and helpful team. Purchased second vehicle from this dealer and would recommend Northway Honda to anybody. Peter and Luis has been absolutely fantastic with the purchase and transition phase in receiving the new vehicle. Peter is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Peter is willing to help with the sales of the vehicle. Very patient and not pushy, allowing the buyer time decide. Luis has been very accommodating in keeping myself up to date with the delivery of the vehicle. Would definitely return in the future for another vehicle.

We just brought a second hand vehicle for my near 80yr old father. Adam at Northway Honda was fantastic, he wasn’t pushy in any way. Took his time with all my dad’s questions and listened well. Northway Honda has wonderful service. Just upgraded my old car with Peter's assistance. Peter was very friendly, gave realistic pros and cons for different vehicles with a family and provided time to make an informed decision. They were fantastic with both the trade in and purchase of the vehicle. Peter went above and beyond, keeping us up to date with the delivery and ensuring that we were happy with the sale. Excellent service by Northway Honda. Louis extremely helpful with Honda Civic RS. Explained really well the sensing assistance/safety. Took time to sit in the car to explain key features.  Checked in to see how the car was going. Great deal done with Louis and Steve! RS is fabulous!
