Big shoutout to Kyle and the team at Northern Motor Group Bundoora for their outstanding service. Kyle proved to be an exemplary salesman, demonstrating exceptional helpfulness, knowledge, and patience, while avoiding any high-pressure sales tactics. He promptly addressed all of our requests, ensuring a smooth buying experience for our RAM 1500. This marks our second purchase from Northern Motors, following our recent acquisition of a new PatrolTi-L from Paul. The level of customer care and service provided is truly exceptional. I would highly recommend returning to Northern Motors for any future purchases. Their team is, without a doubt, the best in the industry.
NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY! The front wheel came off my Navara while I was driving. I bought the car, new for $72’000 only 18 months ago from this dealership. The independent diagnosis was that the wheel nuts used were too short for that type of mag wheel and that is likely what caused this very scary and dangerous situation. When I tried to inform Northern Motor Group of this issue for the benefit of other customers who have bought the same vehicle, the service manager called me back, implied that I had somehow been negligent and was very rude. He simply kept insisting that it can’t have been any fault of Northern Motor Group. He never once asked if I was okay or to see the inferior products in question. Despite me asking him if he would be looking into the other sales of the same model from a safety perspective for customers, he gave me no reason to believe that would happen. I have left message after message for his superiors to call me and no one has bothered. Important to mention that I wasn’t asking for anything or even an apology, I simply didn’t want this to happen to anyone else. The lack of care and the reaction of management has meant I will now be exploring my options. I was lucky not to be hurt or worse. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!!
Got my car serviced at Kia Northern Motor Group - Grimshaw St and I don’t think I’ll be taking my car anywhere else again! The team there are nice, warm and professional. From the moment I stepped foot in the door I was greeted and provided exception customer service.nnMassive shout out to Diana - you are the GOAT! Diana my service advisor helped me from start to finish, went through everything I could expect from the service, answered all of my questions without hesitation and went through the invoice in depth when I picked up the car.
