Paul was incredible. He took time to find the best car for my 18yo, steering us away from cars that would be expensive to insure or attract too much attention. He was also happy to bring the car to us for a test drive. The whole team was polite and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service by Michael and his team at Northern Motor Group Jeep Service. My vehicle required a replacement engine and Michael made the whole process seamless with frequent updates and photos of the progress. 5 stars probably isn't enough, it's a pity I can't double it, as they deserve every one of them.
Northern Motor Group were fantastic in my purchase of my motor vehicle. I actually had a vehicle that I had reserved after speaking with Igor. But after seeing it, didn't really suit my needs. Igor set out to find one that would suit me a lot better, in which we came across one, and worked out a deal. Thank you Igor, your honesty and professionalism was highly appreciated. My experience with Northern Motor Group has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. I was assured that the vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition, only to discover from the moment I drove it off the lot that this was far from the truth. The car has presented one issue after another, and after seeking a thorough inspection from a trusted mechanic, it’s become clear that the vehicle’s condition is significantly worse than what was represented to me.nI feel as though I’ve been misled and taken advantage of, and this situation has caused me considerable frustration and financial strain. I expected transparency and integrity from a reputable dealership, but unfortunately, Northern Motor Group has failed to deliver on both fronts.nIf this matter is not addressed to my satisfaction, I may have no choice but to explore all available avenues, including legal recourse through VCAT, to resolve this issue. I strongly urge potential customers to be cautious and thoroughly vet any vehicle before committing to a purchase from this dealership.
