Michael and Jamie are the best part of northern motor group. They have been looking after me and my Jeep Grand Cherokee for the past 3 years and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They are both knowledgeable, empathetic, efficient and professional. Their communication and problem solving skills are outstanding and above all else, they are amazing humans. From the moment I walked in to buy a car I was met with a friendly greeting and I test drove 2 cars then I purchased my mg5.nnBetween Christian, Danielle and especially Anthony Feraro, I was treated very well, no pushiness and they made everything super easy and pleasant.nnI highly recommend any salesman at Northern Mg if your looking for an mg they deserve 10 stars
I was greeted by Matthew on a 38C Saturday afternoon. and i am happy with my visit here.nnMatthew was very helpful to explain different model and steps feature, showcasing all the features that Nissan have advanced in the recent model. and let me to test drive one of the Xtrail Ti to get a feel of it. Due to the size i did not proceed with an order, but i am definitely convinced the extra are nice step up and hence i am starting to look into ST-L and Ti badges from there on.
Not a very trustworthy dealer. Recently purchased a very low km almost new car. Car was kept off site so we could not test drive or inspect even after asking to. They assured there was no issues with the car.nI instructed to add to the contract that purchase was pending inspection and can be cancelled upon inspection.nWhen i picked up the car they put a ribbon on the bonnet. This ribbon was put directly over a dent in the bonnet to hide the damage. I signed the contract as there was no visible issues.nThis was clearly done to hide the damage and this dealer is sketchy and untrustworthy i 100% would not recommend to anyone.nI have collected photographic evidence of all of this.nStay clear everyone
Paul was incredible. He took time to find the best car for my 18yo, steering us away from cars that would be expensive to insure or attract too much attention. He was also happy to bring the car to us for a test drive. The whole team was polite and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
