Most staff are fantastic however I will not be returning to my local Uni Hill store for medication again. I had a COVID vaccination booked on New Years Eve only to turn up and be told the person doing it was not in that day and should have rescheduled the appointment. Then yesterday I was assured a medication I needed would be delivered to the store for me to pick up this afternoon. I left work early to ensure I got there before closing only to be told it had not arrived. Now I will head out in peak hour to try and get it at the Bundoora store that I have already driven past twice today.
Very good experience here, I got served by the nicest young lady. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves from this review : This was right before the store closed on Fathers Day. Thank you for the good shopping experience!
I have to say the truth. I love Priceline. But I don’t like Uni hill customers service. Really really bad attitude and no smile. There’s an white hair old lady is very nice. I try to find her every-time I want to buy something but I cannot find. Otherwise I would love to be drive 15mins to Northland Priceline or plenty Rd Priceline. Because I buy their service and smile.
