Shocking customer service. Placed an order and contacted them immediately to request a size change. They said no, they referred me to a FAQ, also they advised I would have to do a return process. Total waste of effort on customer’s behalf. The they called me the wrong name and just in short, no care at all for a customer. Won’t be shopping with them again. That’s not how you run a business. Refer to a FAQ and do NOTHING. Unreal.

Bought a winter jacket for my son. Was on discount 30% Excellent quality and great discounts. Thank you!
