I had the most incredible customer service from Simone I think that was her name - gorgeous girl with long black hair at the Uni Hill store. She went above and beyond to order other sizes and help me put together a new wardrobe.

They call this a factory outlet yet the prices are the same as in their stores. One would think one would save money at a factory outlet of this store but you don’t.

Good store. Served by Liana and she was very helpful and friendly!

Purchased one of those DLUXE puffer jackets for %50 off I spent $70 or $80. This was a present for my partner, pretty embarrassing present because the first time she actually wore it she tried to tighten the jacket from the bottom and before she even got to pull it the tightening strap/rope just ripped off. Very bad quality for a $150+ jacket. Very dissapointed. What can we do to fix this? Please get back to me, Thanks.

The staff in here are always friendly and helpful and it is what you can expect from a Factory Outlet where you can find some fantastic deals and hidden gems.
