Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jenny & staff. Took my 75 yr old mum in today for a bra. Jenny was so caring & helpful & made us feel special. She really cared about mums needs, & was more then happy to make sure mum left happy.Thank you
No customer service presence - queues to register divided awkwardly. I queued up on the right hand side and was the only one waiting in line. The assistant on the right hand side then had to leave to assist a customer. However, then another customer queued up on the left hand side and despite the fact I was there for almost 2 mins, the retail assistance didn’t serve me first and completely ignored me and served the customer who just joined the queue seconds ago. Then when I was eventually served - she wasn’t welcoming, kept on complaining about her computer not working and then told me to go to the register I was originally waiting in front of indicating she could have served me but chose not to. Where’s the fairness in that? Then didn’t ask if I was a member and didn’t reap any benefits. Thanks for nothing!
Had a really good experience I met a girl may b her name is tyla , great customer service.. she listened to my requirement properly and suggested me and it worked.. thnx alot.
Natali at Bonds store is just an amazing woman and a great retail/customer service person. She made me feel super comfortable and she is super knowledgeable. She helped find the right size of bras for my body type. I will definitely go there again. Thanks Natali for you service today.
