Very convenient and friendly staff. I regularly shop here for more than ten years. Never had any issues. Highly recommended place to try if you live in this area. Recently the setup of the shop is changed and modernized. You must pay a visit if you are from surrounding area. Long time employees are still here.
A good store with plenty of stock and parking. Pick your time as the carpark can get extremely busy.
Some really great managers and workers through this store, The Big Bakery Bloke is one of the best blokes you could meet and get to help in and out of Coles and another Grocery Girl Gayle is everything you could want or expect out of a manager/ worker or women in and away from Coles.
Online order. $90+ of items ordered and paid for in an $180+ order were not delivered. One hour on chat to resolve as customer service could not add up. Now have to wait a couple of days for my refund. No proof of chat. Had to ring customer service then email to request. Learned my lesson as Coles online shop is consistently poor. Off to Woolies.
Staff Navedeep always miscalculates money and quantity, which leads to me returning to the store to ask for a refund after I get home. This makes me very unhappy and wastes my time and fuel costs. This is not the first time Last time I didn't have time, so I didn't return to the store for a refund
