The staff on Saturday are always happy and helpful, and most know how to pack the shopping bags. Single most important thing, they know how to pack the bags.
I went to this Coles my local Coles the other day and the meat and fruit and veg area smelt absolutely horrendous! I don’t know exactly where this intense off smell was coming from exactly but no one seemed to be doing anything about it and people were still able to buy this potentially off food! I saw the fridge where the fish is the light was off so maybe it could have been from there but people were still able to buy the things in there! It was disgusting I will never go back there! I’ve bought off food from there before also and the deli slice there products and have them sitting there pre sliced for days! It’s the worst Coles I’ve ever been to and I’ve tolerated it long enough
One of the Coles I frequent, nice enough and am familiar with some of the employees. I'm not one to complain or write reviews, but the other evening I was shopping here and witnessed what I believe to be one of the managers quite literally throwing items of stock at another younger employee out of anger, definitely wasn't any kind of joke, and I feel awful for the kid. What kind of behaviour warrants that? Borderline abuse. I believe the managers name is Natalie, I've seen her around quite a bit, and it's not uncommon to see her treat to her co-workers poorly. I'd hate to see how she treats them behind closed doors. Seems like someone who should be reported to the higher ups. No idea how these nut cases get promoted.
One of the biggest Coles I’ve ever been, clean, organised, and well stocked produces with a team of approachable and helpful staff. Family friendly, disability friendly, car parking available, tram 86 stop just a few min of walk outside. Cash and card accepted.
Great customer service at times but came today at 4:30pm to be told that they weren’t trading rudely. And there’s no phone signal in the store at all. Making it hard to compare prices or to pay.
