I don’t know what’s wrong with this Indian guy at the counter. I was just using the mobile phone while fueling my car I know that was breaking a rule but he could have told me politely but instead of that he turned off the machine and when I reached the counter he started shouting at me maybe just because am Indian. Really facing racism. That’s really really rude. And there are many other reviews complaining bout this Indian guy I don’t know why the company is not taking any steps. Thats really bad.
I visited the Shell station today, and I want to report that the Indian staff member working was extremely rude. I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior before. I urge Shell management to reconsider this employee.
Fuel upgrade complete. New pumps with Unleaded-91, Unleaded-95, V-Power 98, Diesel and V-Power Diesel including High Flow Diesel at all pumps.
Very very bad customer service and rude! Always the pump is incorrect! It’s really rip off!!! When I called them they said calling customer service! Don’t go there people!
Try to be safe, when you’re in this store, always junkies will roam around this place and abuses. Absolutely store people won’t say anything or won’t call police, they stay quite. Keep yourself safe.
