On Wednesday the 24th of April 24, I had a terrible experience at my local BP station Keon Park, Thomastown. Early morning that day I drove in to get petrol as normal but was unable to activate the pump.nnAfter pressing several times, the store agent yelled over the microphone that the pump is prepaid only. I asked if this was the only prepaid pump, and he said two pumps were prepaid that morning. However, I noticed customers using the other pump without prepaying. Not sure what to make of this experience but thought to share it here. I won’t be using BP Keon Park station again. And i will share this experience on my social media pages!
There’s a new guy, have seen him for the first time . He was doing mop not even wanted to see that someone’s waiting . I waited for 5 mins and he was still mopping.
Very impolite Indian lady! Without a single sign that indicate to do a prepay at the fuel station but I was asked to prepay to do my full tank of fuel, NO Way! If you wanted customer to do a prepay, put your sign there please.
If you’re going to wash your car and want some change then be prepared to purchase something from them as they don’t give you coins without a purchase. Looters and modern day scammers. I quit going to this place before 2017.
Auto car wash was doing its thing and then suddenly it stopped right in the middle of the wash and all the lights started flashing and going crazy, the brushes were spinning in the same spot for nearly 20 minutes! I couldn’t drive out because there was a brush infront and behind the car! Then it finally shut itself down and told me to go while my car was covered in soap! Went inside and got a refund. It was so scary!
