do not go here are 12am if you are just trying to get your time wasted. Made it so uneasy to get fuel for the car. Major hassle
Complaint: manager treating staff appallinglynnMy first visit to this petrol station was utterly disappointing. Upon entering, I witnessed the manager berating a trainee in a condescending manner. When it was my turn to be served, he rudely dismissed the trainee and reluctantly attended to me. His abrasive tone from the get-go made me feel unwelcome. To exacerbate the situation, when the till malfunctioned, he aggressively slammed it shut multiple times, frightening my four-year-old daughter. When I requested his details and the trainee's name to file a complaint about his hostile behavior, he begrudgingly provided only his own and adamantly refused to disclose the trainee's name, despite both of them lacking name badges, which is unacceptable. It's evident that this individual lacks any semblance of customer service skills or basic decency. If you spot a recruitment sign here, I strongly advise you to steer clear. This petrol station is a waste of both your time and money. Beware, as the manager appears to have no reservations about acting out in front of women and children. A dismal rating of 0 stars is more than warranted.nnHe may have known I couldn't do anything as he is a franchise run business, but I hope enough people see this and deter from using this bp.nnDo better and I really hope that you learn from this review and how appealing yhe behaviour was, I would hate to think how you treat staff behind closed doors.
Shaikrishna he is in the counter now at 11:30 pm. Wont let me go in to the toilet. This is disgraceful.
