I asked a worker to add member points to my account because I had forgot to tap in the card from the day before and he repeatedly said no no no although in the Bp rights and agreements as shown below you can add them after that. His name is HARJOT and he was very rude and refused to do this. By far the worst customer service ever I have ever experienced in my life!

Staff is just sitting on the chair. I ask him to do prepay as well but he refuse me to take fuel on big round container. I am regular customer afterthat he doing this bulshit. It’s ridiculous management should take care how do  customer service.thanks

Over confident n silly attitude from afternoon staff 3:30pm. Need lessons on customer serving skills.

This elderly Asian got on earlier on the 901 airport west service near bundoora and sits right behind me, spitting and making disgusting and irritating spit sounds towards me. Not only very unhygienic but harrassing and I feel violated

I went to this store a few minutes ago. The guy at the counter with a turban used sign language which I believe is  offensive to let me know that he will open the locked door. When I asked for the toilets after he opened the door, the guy said it was closed although it seemed like it was open. This guy could have more compassion towards people which I believe must be part of his job. BP should remove rude guys like this person from this position - a total disgrace!
