Worst customer service visited this gas station 25 Th may didn’t told that they don’t have diesel and call me idiots what a worst way treating customer both lady staff were laughing and talking with each other informing me . They need a proper training and no signs were on fuel station that there is no gas . Give them a proper training.

Excellent customer service at Metro Thomastown! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to assist me and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find service this genuine these days. The store was clean, well-organised, and the team had a great attitude. Highly recommend this place for both fuel and convenience shopping. Keep up the fantastic work!

Metro Thomastown consistently has some of the cheapest fuel prices in the area and has become my go-to servo because of it. Even when other stations raise their prices, Metro usually stays very competitive. On top of the great pricing, the customer service is excellent — the staff are always friendly, respectful, and quick to help. The station is clean, easy to access, and overall provides a great experience every visit. Highly recommended if you want to save money on fuel without compromising on service!

Drove along way to get Deisel. Cheaper than near us.

adding bank surcharge fees to fuel total without displaying it or or notifying customers.
