Just wanted to share a bit of feedback about the Click & Collect parking slots. I've noticed that they're often taken by people who aren’t actually using Click & Collect — like drivers with L-plates or Uber drivers just stopping in because it’s close to the store. It’s a bit frustrating when you’re trying to pick up an order and there’s no spot available.nnWould be great if Woolies could look into ways to manage this better — otherwise it kind of defeats the purpose of having Click & Collect bays in the first place.
The click and collect bays are always taken by people who do not require the click and collect service. It is very frustrating when you have a scheduled time to collect your items. Other than that. My favourite supermarket
The staff are so friendly and helpful at Polaris. The store is generally well stocked and parking is usually pretty easy.
Store is large & well laid out but they often run out of stock by the evenings and they start closing very early, eg. Half the fruit and veg is covered by 10:40pm and nothing but self check out is open at that time either, no matter how many hundreds of dollars of stock you’re purchasing.nnAs someone with a crook back it’s really frustrating not having a normal check out option and it also means the staff end up staying late cause it takes 20+ minutes to check out with a massive trolly & ridiculously flawed security measures freezing the screen every 3 items!nnStaff are lovely and don’t get angry with you about it, but the corporate decision making is ridiculous.
What a day to get a review prompt pop up on my notifications. Probably a tad unfair to some extent.nnSadly due to lockdowns some shelves were bare. Perhaps they should have had limits on most popular items. Anyway normally a great store.
