Great customer service. Bad experience at Bunnings, no help. So when I walked into Plenty Mowers I was happy to be acknowledged and helped straight away. Recommend this place definitely.

Local business for several years in my memory. Despite that, the owner was in store and asked to help us. We got solid advice including getting the right chainsaw for our needs which turned out to be a less expensive model than what I'd been looking at, and even some chain sharpening techniques and a practical recommendation for one of the several sharpening tools available. I couldn't resist a look for the new Honda ~2kW generator, but it's not available yet. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the gentleman had some field knowledge of value on the existing eu20 unit that I'd not picked up yet. We will be back when the new Honda generators are out... And happily recommend this bloke's hands-on approach and customer service.
