Had the best service experience from a teleco provider from Nikhil. His knowledge of product and professionalism was amazing. He also saved me money on phone plan something that the call centres have never done even when asked. Also female staff member was beautiful to deal with when I picked up my new phone she also helped me put screen saver not purchased from store on my phone. Most helpful and very easy to deal with. I'd rather travel to Uni Hill to get great customer service than to the closest store to me

Today I picked up a new phone at this store. Not being very good at handling changeovers, I asked your employees Rajani and Abhi, for help. They have been truly amazing! I cannot have foreseen how much trouble I was asking them to take for me. I appreciate their attitude which was kind and helpful at all times. Not to mention a person my age always appreciates patience and genuine attitude to being asked for help and supplying very happily. I would recommend the Bundoora store to anyone and will do!

Rajani here at Unihill has been great help in transferring my data over to new phone. She spent patiently almost 3 hours to help me upgrade my phone and transfer the data over to the new phone. Couldn’t have done it without her. Appreciate it and highly recommend Unihill Vodafone.

Went in yesterday and spoke to Arun who set me up with a new mobile. The bloke had outstanding customer service and ensured I could get the best deal available. Definitely knows his stuff; if only employees for all businesses were this passionate.

Although no longer with Vodafone, my last encounter with them was here and very pleased with the service from Rajani. Helped me through a confusing a difficult situation which their online or phone help could not fix.

I have never known the Vodafone store here , heard from my friend that one nepalese guy is working here. He is so great and have lots and lots patience to listen. I was very happy to serve by him . Prabin is the best I say simply the best. Everyone just see him once and feel the best customer service taste.
