Visited this shop and was quite impressed at the reception. It's quite a little London for assorted cakes and a place that will be well loved by sweet tooths.nThere are a myriad of choice cakes to pick from and several variants of candlesticks to light that lovely cake and make a wish. Family friendly, kids receptive and haven for cake lovers.
Ordered black forest cake for special women’s day. I was serving 10 guests - all of them were very unhappy. It tasted like bread and cream between the cake was so thin that you couldn’t taste it at all. I called in next morning cause it was already late at night. They said they would only be able to refund the cake if we bring it back to bundoora. The thing is I live far away - but anyway I drove like 30-40 mins to get there only to re explain the same thing from manager and him telling me “we expect customer to bring the exact same and untouched cake in order to refund”. Anyhow after 30 mins of waiting, they finally processed my refund.nnAnyway if you live far away from here only buy the cake someone has specifically told you “this cake from this shop is good” otherwise you have to go through what I went through.
Father's Day special expectation vs reality. It looks like it was made by an actual child.nnUnfortunate because I'm in Perth and ordered for my Dad in Melbourne. The presentation is really disappointing.
Thank you Bundoora cheesecake shop for accommodating our last minute custom order cake and then allowing us to postpone it after we had to postpone our daughters birthday party due to sickness. The customer service was friendly, efficient and they really did their best to accommodate us. Easy to collect and was really delicious! Couldn’t recommend you enough
