Tried to call book shop to have book put away for pick up. tried to call at 3pm for 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone. Don't know if they could not be bothered or book shop was closed. no answering machine. really bad telephone service. very poor.

Got sent an order with a missing item, no reciept or any sort of paper work in my package, and now they aren't answering their phone....

Appalling service. I don't buy anything from a store that does not answer the phones, or return answering machine messages or emails.
