Today One star I have been a costumer for years and the oldest lady at the printing service have been always rude, she should be able to communicate in a kinder manner if she will be dealing with costumers..I always try to understand her behaviour but today she even makes me cry, I don’t understand why that lady is still dealing with costumers if is clear that she doesn’t like it. the rest of the staff are marvellous.
I had the most incredible experience thanks to the amazing staff Sarah . The service was not only quick and efficient but also incredibly friendly. Everyone I interacted with was generous, kind, and genuinely helpful — a rare combination these days! I’ve never received such outstanding service at any other store, especially compared to the Epping Officeworks, where the team could definitely learn a thing or two from this fantastic crew. Truly a five-star experience!
I had a truly disappointing experience at Officeworks Bundoora. I went in specifically to buy a keyboard, but was told I wasn’t allowed to open the box or test it in any way. A keyboard is a highly personal item — it needs to be felt and tested to ensure it’s comfortable and suitable, especially if you use it for hours every day.nnWhen I asked about testing, the staff simply said, “No, you can’t open the box.” That’s absurd. How do you expect customers to make an informed decision on something so tactile without being able to try it?nnFrustrated, I left my basket — which had over $200 worth of other items — sitting right there on the floor and walked out. I went home and ordered everything I needed from another office supply company that actually understands customer service.nnI won’t be shopping at Officeworks again. A company that makes it this hard for customers to make confident purchases doesn't deserve my business.
I went to Officeworks on Monday to print some photos onto canvas which I had no idea how to do. The staff member was very polite and helpful. She did have to ask the manager for some help. The most was very polite and friendly. He did show me how to do one, I was still confused so he kindly did it all for me. I was very grateful and impressed with Manager and staff.
As a regular customer who works in trade and comes in often, I’ve had more than enough of witnessing Sharon’s appalling behavior. She’s meant to be the manager but the way she speaks to the younger staff is nothing short of disgraceful. I’ve seen her repeatedly speak down to them, bark orders with no basic respect, and humiliate them in front of customers. It’s honestly disgusting. No one should have to put up with that in their workplace. From what I’ve seen, those poor workers must feel completely bullied and intimidated under her management. You can see it on their faces. They’re walking on eggshells every time she’s around. It’s toxic and it’s unacceptable.nnThis isn’t a one-time thing. It’s consistent and it ruins the entire atmosphere. Sharon’s aggressive, rude and completely unfit for a leadership role. A real manager supports and empowers their team, not tears them down every chance they get.nIf this place wants to keep good staff and maintain any kind of positive work environment, something needs to be done about her behavior. It reflects terribly on the business and as someone who’s supported this place for a long time, I’m seriously disappointed.nIt’s a shame because majority of the team members work to always make my service better.
