Do not ever use their store for Click and Collect — one of the worst services I’ve experienced. I placed my order online on Thursday and only received a pickup message on Sunday afternoon. When I went to collect it on Monday, the staff checked my order and then told me to queue up again to collect it. I don’t understand the purpose of online orders if customers still have to wait in line like everyone else. What’s the point of having a “Click and Collect” option if it’s not actually convenient?
Mark showed professionalism and honesty. I came into Officeworks Bundoora and his knowledge was amazing. He explained to me in simple terms what was adequate for me when purchasing my new laptop. He heard exactly what i needed and recommend me what I should purchase with the budget i had. Not only he helped me he also when that extra step to give me Hp support number in case i had any issues in the future. Cant find a more honest salesperson. He put himself as if he was buying the laptop. Well done. Definitely recommend.
Everytime I need to use the print and copy services, the wait is exceptionally slow to just be served. The people in the queue ahead have bigger projects and should have to submit their order and come back later to collect. I needed to print ONE A4 colour page. And had a 25 minute wait until someone served me. The girls were so nonchalant about their work. Zero sense of urgency at all. It happens every single time. Currently writing this review while standing in line. And yes, I could use the self serve counters but the paper quality is terrible compared to using the cheapest option at the service counter with staff. Where is the store manager getting the staff moving?! Then, to top it off, my one piece of paper I needed printed came out crooked. I did not even have time to get staff to print it again and fix up the issue as I was running late for a medical appointment. So now I have this printing that is crooked on the page. And that’s exactly what happened last time I was in the store doing printing. Unbelievable.
I really liked my experience at Officeworks Bundoora and was helped by a lovely lady named Vesna. She assured me what laptop was for my needs and also recommended the programs that wasn’t included. Was a good lesson as I wouldn’t have known about Office as I definitely needed that. Also the printer she suggested is perfect. Fantastic keep up the good work
Very disappointing experience at Officeworks Bundoora.nI visited the store to request a Price Beat Guarantee on an Apple Watch with clear competitor pricing and proof. Instead of a proper explanation or escalation, the store manager refused outright and walked away in a rude and dismissive manner.nnI understand policies, but customer service and basic professionalism should still apply. The way this was handled was unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.nnI expect better behaviour and clearer communication from management at a national retailer like Officeworks.
