Do not ever use their store for Click and Collect — one of the worst services I’ve experienced. I placed my order online on Thursday and only received a pickup message on Sunday afternoon. When I went to collect it on Monday, the staff checked my order and then told me to queue up again to collect it. I don’t understand the purpose of online orders if customers still have to wait in line like everyone else. What’s the point of having a “Click and Collect” option if it’s not actually convenient?
Rude staff - inconsiderate. Walked in 25 minutes to queue to get a simple print and the staff was short, unapologetic, refused to be of any help. Asked to come the next day as they were now close to closing.nnOffered solutions but didn’t bother to really accomodate in any way.nnThe number of times the staff across the board have gone below and beyond honestly makes you wonder how they consistently hire such terrible staff, with the exception of 2 helpful staff over the years of being here.
Shocking service. Went to get some documents printed and laminated. After being told there would be a 20 minute wait for the laminators to warm up, I was told they could not actually laminate A4 paper as their small laminator was broken. And the big one cannot be used for smaller documents. The store manager's solution? He tells me to BUY A LAMINATOR!! Mate if I wanted to laminate my own documents I would have done that a long time ago. Incredible. Just no interest in customer service.
I went with my sister to print some documents and Jett was amazing. He was super kind, patient, and really helpful. He guided us through everything, explained which sizes we should print, and gave us the best advice. We had a great experience thanks to him. Highly recommend!
Mim Miriam was amazing! I had an urgent need to print a passport photo and there was a problem with printing on the heavy glossy paper. Mim stepped in and used her great tech skills to fix the issue. She went above her role to help me and did not give up until it was sorted. She definitely deserves recognition for her helping attitude. Thank you, Mim!
