Took my PC there when my graphics card died. Told me they would call in the next 24 hours. No call, so I did. Told it would still be "a few days" and is receive a call back. I didn't. Fast forward 4 weeks later, part still hasn't come in (delays apparently) and not one call back when they said (except to make sure which card I wanted) despite me calling no fewer than 6 times. Was advised to pick it up so I don't have to keep waiting. Went to computer shop across the road, they had the card in stock and are installing it in my PC as we speak.

These people took my computer diagnosed it incorrectly twice and sent it back to me with half of my data wiped. They kept my computer for a total of 26 days and during this time answered none of my questions and provided none and sometimes misleading information pertaining to my computer status. Avoid at all costs.

Great store depending on who you get, bought a LG Bluray burner for same price as opposition across the road on a Sunday. The young man was very helpful. Another time walked in and ask for help from an older chap and he stuck his nose up in the air because I wasn't there to spend thousands. It depends on who you get, I think it might have been the owner because the workers wouldn't be working on comission I'd presume but who knows. All I do know is I first asked if he sells ddr2 and he stuck his nose up after that I went to Centrecom and got the ddr2 and a brand new gaming laptop. This is the best approach anywhere, see how they treat you first before you spend big. Over all the first time I went there was very good but next time was a slap in the face, so I say go across the road, best service, repairs and prices. Very nice guys too.

Like Roy C I have been taken for a ride by these con artists. I placed an order for a new computer and was asked to pay a 30% deposit which I did. After receiving excuses that parts were unavaialable for more than 3 weeks I asked for my money back which was agreed to but it would have to be direct debited into my bank account. After more then 3 weeks and many promises I am still waiting. I am a retired person and cannot afford the money these people have stolden from me so I will put up with the old clunker I have now. I will be taking it further but advise anyone looking to shop here, think again.

Avoid at all costs. Charge you an arm and a leg and return your goods with other problems. Don’t use.
