I've been here 4 times cause it's local and 4 times I've been treated like trash, even when I know exactly what I want and I just want to peacefully make a purchase and leave. The staff are pompous and they seem to enjoy making customers feel uncomfortable and based on how I've overhead them speak to other customers, they also seem to enjoy making people feel wrong or stupid. If you have to buy something here and it's unavoidable just do a click and collect
Agreeing with another commenter here, the staff are really hit and miss, their customer service is absolute trash, the way they speak to you/treat/acknowledge seriously needs to be worked on!nnStore itself has what you need but a little customer service will go a long way! Rude!
Excellent service at Jaycar Thomastown,nI had some problems with my new dashcam but their amazing staff assisted me greatly!nThey were very understanding & took the best care to solve the issue.nI couldn't be happier with their service & my new Nextech dashcam on my CRX!nThey even included a goodie bag for the trouble!nHighly recommend!
