Don't go there. I gave them my lappy for repair and they said it will take two weeks and will let me know when to collect it. I waited for their message and finally went there after a month. They said that they could not fix it and can't fix it within a short time frame and that they don't mind if I take it back. If they knew that they couldn't fix it within four weeks, they could have shown the basic courtesy of letting me know. I should have known when I saw all those damaged laptops lying around. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever!!

Highly recommend Northwest Microsystems for all your computer needs. The staff are professional and friendly and always willing to assist.
I use this company for my computer repairs, hardware and software issues and have never had any concerns with their service.
Their prices are also very reasonable so give them a try.

Very satisfied with the service you guys offer very professional been coming to Northwest Microsystems for many years quick reliable and guaranteed to fix it friendly and good explanation of the problem when quoted before starting repairs keep up the good work
