The team at Eagle Security replaced our home system that had failed after 15 years. The installer knew his stuff. Had the job done within an hour, spent time going over everything for us again and set things up the exact way we wanted. Prices were very good also. We are very happy.
Ordered and paid for a set of ducted vacuum accessories over the phone. I was told by Scott that they were moving to a new factory which is why I couldn't pick up, and was pleased with his offer to arrange delivery to my home the very next day. After a few days, no delivery. When I first followed up, I was told by Scott that he'd check in with the driver/technician... There was no response. My wife then followed up and was told that we'd just get a refund. More than 2 weeks down the track, no deliveries, no refund and there has been no way to communicate because their phone numbers are disconnected.
