I just want to thank Rash for his hospitality, and expertise in the business. He was very welcoming and very kind. He understood our requirements, and put up with our huge amount of questions with a smile, answering them professionally. Overall a helpful and amazing experience.
I just wanted to thank Sasha and the amazing team for yesterday going beyond the level of service to make my PC run again. Every time I have been there the team have always greatly assisted me. If I could give them 6+ stars for yesterday I would!
Great service attitude able to take those who are not sure to what they want or need. Young guys to me but really seem to know they’re stuff just waiting back in our latest issue they are fixing.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEnAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Bought Graphics card DOA. Took Computer in. I wanted card replaced not my computer checked. Had I was told of cost, I would not have brought computer in, instead I would of given them only the card. Charged $110, made huge fuss as they were going to charge $195. All for a faulty card that is still yet to be replaced. Days of lies and inconviences. Lack of transparency. which in the end was sent back to their warehouse, now their warehouse has to check for it being faulty, where their technicians confirmed it to be in the first place at the branch. Double handling. I have never heard of such daylight robbery before. If you purchase a good that is faulty within that week it should be instant replacement with no cost. Stay away from them all.nnFURTHER TO MY COMPLAINT...nAFTER PAYING UNECESSARY FEES FOR A DOA CARD. THEY BELONG TO THE SAME NAME SAME CHAIN OF STORES. MANAGER FAILED TO DETERMINE A WARRANTY CLAIM FROM A REPAIR. SYSTEM WAS WORKING FINE TO BEGIN WITH.nMANAGER SHOULD OF ADVISED TO RETURN CARD TO THEIR SUNSHINE WAREHOUSE, INSTEAD CHOOSE TO MAKE MONEY OF A FAULTY DOA CARD.nAFTER PAYING UNECESSARY FEES.nWHEN PC WAS RECEIVED:nBACK PLATE TO HOLD GRAPHICS CARD AND FIXING SCREWS NOT REINSTALLED HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO STORE TO PICK UP. MORE MONEY IN FUEL.nPOWER SWITCH AND LIGHT CABLES PLUS HDD CABLES HAD BEEN NOT RECONNECTED. TECHNICIANS LACK DUTY OF CARE AND QUALITY CONTROL. FACT!!!
These guys are awesome, Isaac helped me mostly get everything organised but went for upgrades and their advice, integrity and how quickly things got done was great. Their techs even did a few extra fixes/ improvements that I only just now realised they’d done, solid experience for sure
