The newly renovated store feels so much more spacious and well-organized, and the staff are very friendly. I visited on a Sunday with my two little ones, and my youngest refused to sit in the trolley—so I had to carry him in my arms while helping his older sister at the self-checkout. That’s when Tracy, one of the store assistants, kindly offered to help. She scanned all our items and even bagged them for us. Her kind, thoughtful gesture really made our day!
The staff here are so helpful. Multiple times I have been in and browsing and staff will actually ask me if I need help. This never happens in supermarkets anymore, and it's a very nice gesture. I always see multiple staff restocking, rarely are products missing, always quick help at hand on the self checkouts and the staff on the registers pack very thoughtfully. They seem happy to work here so I take it the manager is doing a really good job.
This is definitely one of the best Woolworths I have been in. The staff are extremely friendly and are welcoming to everybody.nnWoolworths Bundoora is currently undergoing renovations and are apparently building a new bakery and a seafood department so this Woolworths is definitely worth checking out!
Although they are under renovation at this stage the store in question is definitely more shopper friendly based on the current layout.
