From start to finish Tom from Northern Kia was amazing!!nnWe had previously gone to another Kia dealer to test drive a Kia Picanto & honestly it was a frustrating experience. Not only was it a drawn out experience, we were actually forgotten about while waiting to test drive it. Then the constant text messages & phone calls became very annoying. It would have been very easy to just give up after that experience.nnWe decided to try Northern Kia as we wanted to view the GT Line previous dealer only had the Sport modelnnWe were greeted by the friendliest car dealer I've ever met. Tom was very easy going & super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Within 5 minutes we were test driving the GT Line. He never once put any pressure on us to purchase.nHe answered all of our questions & definitely made the whole experience so easy & enjoyable.nnAs for the Kia Picanto GT Line... we are very happy!
