My partner Shannon and I can’t thank Peter Smith enough for the work he did in getting us away in our brand new BMW 330E. His service was amazing from the moment we walked in he was helpful, proactive, informative and helped us navigate the various models and after a few roadblocks found us the perfect car. He even managed the delivery around his Thailand holiday and truely went above and beyond by placing us at the centre of everything he was doing. The team were fantastic overall but Peter was outstanding. I can highly recommend him for anyone in the market for their ultimate driving machine. Thanks Pete.

Julia and myself were extremely impressed with the way Alvin demonstrated a 4 series 430i car to us . No hard sales pressure but extremely supportive and knowledgeable of the vehicle We eventually bought the car a week later and without our very pleasant contact with Alvin and then Frank to seal the deal, we would have walked away from the dealership.  I can recommend both men and the overall experience at the dealership was very pleasant and professional. We got a great car at a great price !

Got a New BMW ,  really a new experience for me  after visiting so many other BMW showrooms in city , I went all the way to Bundoora from Frankston just because of their service quality , very friendly and honest.
Pricing wise very sharp and competitive. Also a lot of stock to choose from.
 highly recommended for those who wants to trade their old cars and want their dream car BMW , think you should visit this showroom before you decide to go any where else.

Many thanks to Alvin, Frank and Candice for their friendliness, candour, ability to take the time to listen and deliver my new vehicle when it was convenient to me.  Alvin's knowledge of motor vehicles is almost second-to-none and it was a real pleasure being assisted by someone who was a real car enthusiast.  I have no hesitation recommending Bundoora BMW to anyone!
