I took my car for a Toyota recall service, and was offered an excellent customer service. I drove in to the service area and without me even getting off the car or saying a word, Sam warmly greeted me and briefly explained what they were planning on doing. Since I wasn’t available to pickup the car later that afternoon, they securely kept the car until next morning. Sam’s customer service was excellent. 

The reason I didn’t give five stars is, when I was trying to reschedule the service, the person I spoke to on the phone couldn’t even find my car in their system. So I had to ring three times. I guess the person on the phone was either new or having a bad day.

Highly recommend that you go and see Albert Yacoub and Yvonne Walsh for your car and finance needs. I had the best experience and am extremely delighted with the level of service and professionalism of the staff. The process was easy and i was kept updated all the way through to picking up my car. Thank you once again Albert and Yvonne, i look forward to seeing you when I bring the car in for servicing.

Just purchased my new Toyota Yaris Accent. Thank you so much to Cory and the team. From start to finish you were amazing, you went above and beyond in helping me. Great service when you're buying the car. Pity they don't tell you what's missing from the car and don't bother to return your calls when you ring up to find out where the remote for the rear entertainment unit is, without which the rear entertainment unit is useless.
I had better check that there's a spare wheel!
They have lovely posters up everywhere saying "treat the customer nicely" and they do, until they have your money :-(
