Excellent experience at Subaru Northland. I eventually ended up buying a Subaru because of Ricky, the sales manager. He gave me a deal which I couldn't refuse. I would say, if Ricky wasn't there that day, may be I would have bout the car from somewhere else... Good job Ricky for helping me to make up my mind. Now I am a proud owner of Subaru Impreza 2017.
I just want to reach out and thank the guys at Northland Subaru, in particular Alex - for the all the support and effort given to us. This was the key difference in us buying a Subaru over any other cars. Alex took the time to work with us to find what we want in our Forester and help us move the purchasing processing seamlessly. Buying a car can be a challenge at time but these guys might it so much easier. Whilst it is an unconventional 'dealership' in that its located within a shopfront in Northland - do not be mistaken that you can do everything you can do in any other dealership include test drive any Subaru car, work through demo stock etc, And its open Sundays. Thanks heaps Alex and the team!
I'd been considering purchasing a WRX for a while but hadn't made my mind up yet. I visited Subaru Northlands a couple of times & spoken with Ricky Wong. He managed to get me a great deal on the car & finance which made it well worth my while to trade up . the whole team, from enquiry to delivery, were extremely friendly, helpful & accommodating. I'd have no trouble recommending them.
Choosing to go with Subaru was easy, they are great value. Choosing the right type of Subaru was always going to be a challenge juggling work and kids. Ricky Wong and the team helped us immensely by brining test vehicles to me and gave me reliable information to help us choose the right vehicle. Great service
As a car purchaser you are spoiled for choice of brands and type of vehicle. The selection in itself and the various price points and how you can mix and match accessories can give you a headache and especially if you have kids and a busy life. Having completed due diligence on a Mazda, VW and Subaru, we chose a Subaru. I haven't owned a Subaru until now and my initial view of the actual car is that it comes loaded with premium options at such a great price point. It's super practical which is just what we need at this stage of life with small children plus it is made entirely in Japan and shipped over. I look forward to driving it. What sealed the purchase for me was the initial contact I had via the Subaru Preston Experience store Northland. Serge was super responsive over email, there was a follow up call and a time was booked for me to come to the store and test the car. Serge and Hadip were both warm upon meeting them, transparent throughout the discussion gave me the reality of what actual trade in I could expect as to which car to choose; and importantly they understood my situation and believed the Outback was best. They had both worked in previous roles where they didn't believe in the product as much as they do with Subaru. That says a lot to a prospective purchaser. The great part about test driving a car at a shopping centre is you are taking it out of a car park during a normal busy day of shoppers and general public moving around looking for parks. A real time experience. After driving the car on a Saturday, my wife was able to test it on the Sunday. The deal was done, paper work complete and signed up by the Monday. On the following Wednesday I went to Subaru Doncaster Subaru Preston is part of the Doncaster dealership and picked up the car. Zeeshan at Doncaster is a true professional and was a gentleman throughout - this included dropping me home on the Wednesday night. If you think you like the product, then what will convince you to purchase is an excellent customer service experience. If you are thinking about a Subaru, then don't hesitate to go via the Subaru Experience store or Subaru Doncaster.
That was Great experience which I felt I was being truely 'helped' instead of being 'sold to'. Alex was great with listening to my needs and explaining things to me in great details. Without any pushy sales pitch, he recommended a car to me that suit my needs and budget! The lovely receptionist Lingling went on a great length to help my parents'language barrier, making them very comfortable! I happily bought a new car from them, and they are always very patient when I call them to ask some question- being a car dumb myself! Overall I felt it's a very professional team that loves cars and helping customers! Thumb up!
I recently purchased a brand new MY17 BRZ from Ricky Wong. Ricky was amazing to deal with, he was extremely friendly and thorough through the entire process. I was expecting to wait a 3months for delivery but received the car shortly after 1 month. He followed up to make sure i was 100% happy. Will highly recommend purchasing from Ricky again.
I recently purchased a brand new Subaru VX - the staff were extremely friendly and thorough and very helpful. Excellent service. If you are looking to buy a new car, I recommend you buy your car from Northland Subaru.
