Horrible experience from a sales guy called Gys. He lied about having a car in the dealership. We had to wait for a week while he kept telling us we’ll get the car the following day. To top it up he promised us a thousand rands for referring my sister which he never gave us. I would never refer anyone to this dealership. Horrible horrible experience

Excellent service, from Gavin and his team Jean that answered every WUP call. My trade-in vehicle was talked off very professionally they made me a offer witch I couldn't refused , thy came to my house in PTA while I am working abroad helped my wife professionally. Although I brought a other product than a Hyundai, they assisted me very professionally all the way to registration up to frontdoor delivery. Thankyou Hyundai Heidelberg.
Good overall service, but their follow-up and after sales service needs a little attention as they are not quite keen on promptness, especially when they say "We will call you right back". Other than that, no issues and staff always friendly and helpful.

Poor service to me, am not sure about others, but with what I have experience my heart is still bleeding, after buying a car there within two months the car has a gear box problem, they telling me it's not their problem and the attitude of the Delar principal, it's not the one of the person in charge of the customers. But a I don't care attitude, he left me in their offices rushing to some of his schedule, and came back after one hour and tell me, they tried what they could what do I want from them now.
The car dealer have lot of hidden costs. They advertised a CX5 with 215000km for R189000. By the time we had a chance to view the vehicle 5 days later the vehicle had 15000 more km. Even though the vehicle now had more km than advised they now said the vehicle is R23000 more. Just know if you are going to deal with then do not trust their advertisements.
