After my first visit to Preston Mazda I wasn’t sure I ever wanted to come back due to one staff member. Thankfully that staff member Damien no longer works here.nI received phone call from Dennis following up on my previous visit and he was so lovely and was able to convince me to come back. I dealt with Lochlan and I couldn’t be happier. The most genuine and honest sales guy I have met. Not pushy and listened to me and was able to offer me the best deal on a car I never thought I would own. Thank you Lochlan and to the wonderful Team at Max Kirwan Mazda in Preston. nI love my new car.

We had the opportunity to have Sam from the service team assist us with our car. Sam was amazing to work with and regardless of unexpected hurdles relating to the previous dealership Sam helped us navigate the situation professionally. He took the time to help us work with the previous dealership and was very patient with the entire process. Sam managed the entire situation very well and our car is now fixed and the entire customer service aspect has been outstanding. He went above and beyond and we cannot thank-him enough. I picked up the car today and the service department is honestly like a 5-star hotel lobby. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and all welcomed me with a smile.

Dealing with Lochie at Max Kirwan was extremely pleasant from the first handshake to the last. He could not have been more helpful, making us feel comfortable at every step. We are so thrilled with our new car and would happily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car with worry-free experience.
