My Wife and I bought a CX-9 last week. Our Salesman was Lochie Clamp he was an absolute pleasure to deal with being a customer. He went above and beyond, we got a customer experience with him at Max Kirwan. Not just a person trying to sell us a car. The other staff were great at the dealership also. We were offered a great price for our purchase and also offered great money for our trade in. When it came time for purchase it was straight forward and easy! Taking delivery within 72hrs after paying our deposit. Another great thing we experienced was Lochie calling us a week later to ask if the car was going great and still loving it. We highly recommend the Team at Max Kirwan Mazda. Having had a terrible experience with another Mazda dealership in the last few years, Lochie at Max Kirwan exceeded our expectations!

Few months ago, my boyfriend and I went to Max Kirwan Mazda to buy our first car and Stephanie took care of us and she has been amazing! Our friend Giulia, who has now become a salesperson there, was here to help us. The entire Mazda team has been caring and very friendly with us, we go back regularly to do the service of our car and we are always satisfied with the customer service. I highly recommend this Mazda at Preston!

I haven’t bought a car yet however I wanted to thank the lovely assistant sales manager Oguz Nursal for his approach to pre-owned sales. This man was patient and not at all pushy. He went over and above to help me view a very good little Mazda 2. If I could choose anyone to sell to me, I’d appreciate the approach Oguz took. I wanted to write this review just to let people know where to find a great place to look for Mazda sales

Max Kirwan Mazda is one of the best place to buy your dream car. The team that works here awesome and they look after you within your budget. Our sales person was ‘Dave Montgomery‘ with good knowledge of his product helps us to buy our future car. The finance team was really helpful and quick to get things organised. We hardly spend 30-45 minutes max and we got what we’re looking for. We did get feedback calls initially to check if we are having any issue with the car. Was very happy with our buying.

My mum has purchased a car from Giulia and it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience! From reception all the way to the end I couldn’t fault it. We also had Veronica help with finance and she made sure we were comfortable and looked after the whole time. Definitely recommend and will be back here fir another car very soon!

I recently ordered a cx5 through Max Kirwan. The experience at purchase was fantastic however, the car wasn’t in production yet, we expected delivery within 4 months, but weren’t given certainty regarding this, the sales person only said “it’s very rare that we go over.” On this faith we went ahead. Iv brought multiple new cars and have always only put an initial deposit of $1,000. We were told we could only put $4,000 down, which we thought was odd at the time but went ahead again in good faith. Weeks later, I had a chance in circumstance and was given a car through my work. When I contact3; the dealership to cancel my car and ask for the $4,000 we had paid to be refunded as the car had not even started production yet, they told me regardless I would need to pay 5% an extra $1,660 on top of what I had already paid. Then suddenly we received a notification the next day that they had located a car for us. Little did we know that friends of ours were going through exactly the same situation. The emails my wife received from the dealership were poor customer service, which I had not experienced anywhere before having worked in customer service/sales for 10 years I was astonished by this. Once again, our friends were receiving the exact same treatment. We were both incredibly stressed out from this experience. I then phoned car dealership I know that I have brought through before as well as other Mazda dealership. Each said the same, this was not common practise within the industry to withhold the deposit and also to take a 5% deposit. When we read through the contract with a lawyer, they informed us that the this dealership had included this clause to cancellation in its contracts but never informed us when signing. Which again every other dealership we discussed this scenario as well as consumer affairs, said this was not standard in the car industry and shouldn’t be the case. Since this occurred, iv spoken to many friends and family about this, I would not recommend purchasing any car through this dealership to anyone. Not only did we loose 5%, we weren’t treated with respect as a customer.
