The service department here is outstanding! Despite some frustrating issues with our car am able to leave feeling positive due to the customer service experience. Honest & transparent regarding what is going on & willing to go the extra mile to sort it out. When the time comes to trade in we will be approaching this dealership only thanks to the trust that has been established. Highly recommend!

I can personally say that the spare parts centre is outstanding in customer service and customer satisfaction. Any spare parts I've bought have always been promptly sourced and guaranteed. If there's any issue with a purchase they are happy to rectify the problem. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Never come back to this place anymore. So disappointed. Already booked 1 month before to get a loan car. Took me 1.5 hrs from Springvale to them for the major service and the reception guy just say there is no car for me with no apologies. Also asked me if i can stay inside and wait until the work finish its mean 6hrs. Wth??
