Dealt with Ibby and his family. Beautifully run business. I put a deposit on a car but then got covid. They were so patient. After chatting it over realised the car wasn’t for me as it was too large and they refunded straight away. Very friendly, honest, family run business. I hope to deal with them again and highly recommend them.
Great experience here even though I didn't buy a car. The staff were friendly and to the point. The condition of the car reflected the price, which has been rare while shopping for an affordable used car at the moment.

Bought a car from here two months ago, test drove before buying it and all was good. After driving it for a few days the steering wheel was making a constant annoying noise, took it back to them and explained what happened. Even though they were not obligated to fix it for me, they did it for free, even though they spent a lot of money fixing it and gave me a complementary car to drive meanwhile. 10/10 would recommend, great customer service.
My experience of the seller was excellent, he was fantastic to listen to my concerns and offer me with a fantastic selections of used cars, give them a go they wont disappoint. Well done to the staff.

Kassab motors staff is very helpful, supportive and friendly, they have guided me very well and helped me to decide which car to buy as I am new in Melbourne and was not aware about the cars market here So, I have purchased a car from kassab motors few weeks back and it is perfectly a good car with a reasonable price! This is the right place for those who are looking for used car in good prices!

Just bought my daughter her first car from the boys down at kassab motors, there customer service was great, very helpful and friendly, they we’re honest and didn’t take advantage of our lack of knowledge about cars, very happy with our experience , definitely recommend them.
