Very bad customer service. I wanted to test drive, and have it checked by my mechanic before making the payment but they keep beating around the bush. At the end they said we can only schedule one slot for you where either you test drive or your mechanic. Seems odd that they started beating around the bush when I spoke of having it checked by my mechanic. Had to just leave the place.
Just bought my first car in Australia from here due to 2 reasons. 1. Best affordable and quality cars for its price. 2. Ali is the most confident and understanding salesman I’ve ever met. He is confident about his product and let’s the product speak for itself. You will not find another dealership where they take care of you so much. If you want the best affordable cars ask for ALI. Peace
Haven't been there nor bought a car from them. This rating is for super bad customer service. I requested a test drive through their website for a car I liked; 3 days later and no answer. I texted them and inquired to be told the car was sold. I asked whether I could go visit and see what they had as I needed to buy a car ASAP, but they sent me a link to their website telling me that was all they had; not sure why. I know that the dealer would chase the buyer. This business doesn't seem to care or respect as their communication through SMS was not that attractive to me; It made me feel that they do not care about customers. Now I have read some other reviews, I can tell that others had same experience I had.
Purchased car a week ago. Travelled from regional Vic, so it was good to see the car was as advertised and well presented. I found Hayssam good to deal with, honest and efficient. On my experience so far, would be happy to buy from Your Choice again or to recommend to others.

Absolutely awesome! Ali was fantastic, vehicle was exactly as advertised. Easiest transaction ever! Highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be purchasing from here again.
I had traveled an hour and a half To see a vehicle that had it of been advertised correctly I wouldn't of wasted my time. Sadly not as advertised with held info. Tried the old high pressure sales tactics. A small yard with about 20 odd stock. So ask alot of questions. Ask them the same questions in a bunch of ways to get the right answers before making the effort to visit.
Ali was great to deal with,, very helpful in sorting out an issue with the car after I took the car that was just an unlucky window fault , this was sorted with a new factory part without hesitation , a good experience , would buy a car off these guys again no problem
Your Choice Cars is absolutely amazing so very understanding and work around you the workers are so polite and friendly definitely recommended
Worst dealer ever. Sells faulty cars with faulty transmission. Never buy a car from here. There's so much work to do on this car, could easily buy a brand new car with the cost needing to get this car up and running .
