I had a terrible experience at Bayford Campbellfield. The sales representatives were completely clueless about Ford vehicles. It was absurd to visit a Ford dealership and find that the staff didn't even have basic knowledge about the cars! When I asked questions, instead of helping, they just told me to go somewhere else. I expected much better from a dealership. What a joke! Save your time and go to a place where the staff actually knows what they're talking about.
Good customer service and cheaper prices than aftermarket. Check the item you’re after at their ebay store first as it’s cheaper there then show it to the staff so they can price match lolnGenuine Fg Mk2 brake light switch is $45 at the physical store while it’s only $33.50 in Bayford ebay.
I just wanted to say great team great company that’s been helping us for years . I really needed a part urgently so I called spoke to John and asked him and yes we have your part he was very helpful and gave me a very good price . Went in picked up the part . Excellent service very helpful team DONT HESITATE TO CALL BAYFORD FOR ALL YOUR AUTO NEEDS
Downgraded to 1 star and I wish I could give ZERO feedback. These butchers only replay to good feedback. BE WARE of their in shop prices because they can charge 80% more compared to their online prices and compared to the same parts from other Ford dealers. I even sent my feedback to their eBay account but no replay because it's a negative one. Engine gasket, I was previously told ~$120, I returned to buy it but a young, stubborn and ignorant guy with an unfriendly attitude said ~$190. I explained several times about the previous quote but the dude glued his feet on the ground and confirmed ~$190. The same genuine gasket from other Ford dealers ~$100! If Ford shut their manufacture operations in Australia is because of butchers like these ones. You can block me on eBay like you did to another user here and who cares, we live in a free environment so you don't have the monopoly on spare parts. Shame on you!
