My husband and I went to visit the store today.
Mary served us and was absolutely wonderful.
She was informative and if we asked a question she did not know the answer to, she went and checked before giving us the correct information.
Mary was so patient and gave us one on one customer service the whole time we were there.
We did not feel any pressure from her which made the whole experience relaxing.
The other staff present were most obliging and friendly.
I would definitely recommend going there if you are interested in buying an Avan as you will receive great customer service.
We will definitely be buying our van from them when we are ready.

The man who is probably the General Manager of this place was venomous.  I wouldn't go within a million miles of his joint except to buy an Adria caravan.  But that man wouldn't care, he told me he didn't want my business, and threatened to remove me from the premises.  The reason?  I questioned his manner when he poured scorn on his lovely female colleague and us for asking two legitimate questions which he didn't like.  His attitude was the worst I have ever seen, and his aggressive  nature was horrible.  It was a shame because some of their products are good.  But there are other Avan options, so you can go there.

horrible. the man who is running this is the same man who ran caravan super centre, ripped off a heap of innocent people by taking depoists for caravans and motor homes he could not supply in the time he knew he was going broke. wont get my money
