From start to finish the communication with Edward and his administration was excellent. As I am a welder, the workmanship was superb and made accordingly to my specifications. As I couldn’t personally pick the canopy up myself,  it was delivered quickly and was packed safely. Would recommend Kylie Campers 100%.

I recommend Kylin Campers as a fantastic canopy supplier for licenced tradesmen. Their customer service is exceptional and only matched by the quality on the canopies they supply. Having researched and looked at other models from other suppliers there is no comparison on the quality as it’s the little things that show great workmanship waterproofing rubber on piano hinge on top of the gusset - wow.  Thanks Linda & Edward for the top service and product!

I was extremely happy with their customer service. They where very fast to reply and kept in contact regularly. They organised the shipping for me to my closest delivery depot. I messaged them to say I had paid for the canopy and literally 4 minutes later I received a consignment note for the shipping. I’m also very happy with the product especially for the price. Thank you, I have already recommended you to friends looking for similar products!

I had a couple of specific requests for the design of my canopy, such an exact height so I could put the long boards over the top of the canopy and car, and had to fit my custom steel tray. The canopy fits perfectly, the roof racks are the same height and it is as well made as any canopy I’ve seen. Picking up the canopy I thought I’d brought enough tie down straps, they helped me and worried it wasn’t secure enough and giving me some of theirs.  They even went looking for my lost earring and found it on the ground two days later. Can’t say enough about Edward and the team. Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with this company. Just picked up a custom made canopy I ordered just before xmas.  Was made in half the time quoted at half the price of competitors and made to within 1mm of specs required making installing in a tricky situation possible. Although I am wrapped with product I was blown away with the service I was provided. Never have I dealt with a business so switched on to make sure end result was perfect. I was happy with the canopy as i bought it as i couldnt see the defects when it was in their factory, but tour you pay alot of mo ey for a powder coated canopy you expect it to be new. I have just noticed that the canopy has been touched up with a black spray can in 2 spot which arnt even the same colour of black, and besides the spare wheel carrier they told me they didnt have in black which i saw a box of, doesnt even fit the same  stud pattern on my car which they assured me it would. In my opinon these canopys are overpriced for what you get and i would be very cautious buying from this company as there is just more and more defects with this box and its sold as "brand new". Pay a little extra and get quality i will know for nex time.

Terrible company to deal with, I paid my deposit after numerous quotes and they turned around and asked for about 40% more or they were going to cancel the order. I’d been going back and forth on the phone and via emails for weeks. Needless to say I got the money back and wasn’t wasting my time with an unprofessional company.

Great service and awesome product. Very good experience purchasing my customised canopy with Kylin Campers, highly recommended!
