If there was a rate of less than a star i will give newage a minus million stars IT IS A COMBO OF THE WORST PRODUCTS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 
So I bought the caravan and it had a crack that had been sneakly covered up which my husband or myself were not awared by the seller who FOOLED US. They told us it is a "Brand new", it could be one that is a faulty. 
However i did not want to make such a big drama out of it so i just wanted them to repair before the date which was already booked in for family trip, and they said all good but when i came on the date it was not even done or had not even been looked at all. I spoke to the manager and they promised me another date and AGAIN IT STILL WAS NOT DONE, so i emailed the head office and they gave me a call saying that they were going to solve problem (This person, Jay was the ONLY nice person that i have spoken to out of all staffs in newage). The next day i've got a call that the caravan is ready to be picked up and it seemed to be done, so we went all the way again where it takes me nearly an hour to get, ONCE AGAIN IT STILL WAS NOT DONE!, The most insane part is that, i rang up the head office to speak regards to this issue, and this lady that answered at first, SHE YELLED AT ME BECAUSE I BEGGED HER PARDON, and she full yelled very angrily. Every staff that i have spoken to was very rude and not concerned at all about their customers. 

I really was not being rude or trying to get something out of this issue, i was clearly trying to let it go at first and get it repaired within a year of warranty which is fair for them. But as it processes, nothing is going right and i am mentally very stressed by this company.

Whoever wants to experience this horrible customer and get fooled by purchasing a caravan with cracks that has been secretly covered up, deffinately Newage is a go.

By Australian consumer law, i have a right to ask a refund or replacement but i have been rejected and ignored by Newage only because they can repair.. Well, so it means nothing to you that i got fooled with your product.

The case that i can ask for refund is 
it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they would known about it 

Which i would never buy it with the same amount of money if i would known about this. 

Stop ignoring and selling the wrong products!

Sold me a caravan that wasn't theirs to sell as it turns out. I have a signed approved contract of sale with dates and delivery time discussed, and paid a $2000 deposit. Chased them over a couple of days to find out when I could collect it only to be told it was never available to me to purchase. When I told them to repay my $2000 deposit I was told "just come in and we will hook you up with something else" 
I did get the deposit back, but not as promptly as i would have liked as the receptionist "couldn't remember" if she had repaid it to me.
Complete jokers. I should have known better when the salesman "Dillan" wouldn't stop talking while we looked through the van. 
Never trust a salesman that won't shut up long enough for you to think about a purchase.
