We bought our second hand VW Crafter and can't speak too highly of Roberts RV world..we had some very minor problems and Haydn went above and beyond to rectify it for us..Thanks Haydn we will recommend you to everybody we speak to..regards Bill Harty

We had problem with slideout of motorhome purchased from another dealer. Was fixed with minimum fuss, we were even offered car to go shopping if needed. Can't speak highly enough of Kim and her Team. Tom was fantastic. Would seriously look at buying from them in future. Sometimes people have unreal expectations - anything built by humans can have problems. It's how the problem is fixed that is the important thing.

I brought a brand new Esperance Motorhome from this dealer and although the mechanical problems with it were major, I would not hesitate in buying from them again.The dealers sell the vehicle, they do not make them so cannot be blamed for what is faulty. All the staff and management at Roberts R.V.World tried very hard to help me including loaning me another Motorhome when I needed extra accomodation for a wedding and they were in as much disbelief as I was. All the problems were with the Ivecco component of the Motorhome, e.g., the engine, transmission and air conditioner and not the fault of Roberts R.V. or Avida. I thank Margaret, Hayden,Rebecca,Paul and of course Robert Wangman for trying so hard to help me get this fixed.It is running beautifully now and I am finally able to load it up and enjoy it!!
