I Recently purchased a van from James who was a top class salesman, full of information and extremely professional. he took me through the buying process and kept me well informed with what was happening the van was exactly as described and is an absolute pleasure to drive. Top class Company that show excellent service and backup if things should go wrong. the fact they even give away free AA membership is a great bonus and shows their professionalism. will definitely buy from them again

Discovered Big Van World after a Google search as we needed a small van suitable for transporting our dogs safely for dog walks in the local area, and having a general vehicle for everyday use. After an initial visit on a Sunday with help from Michael and Josh, which narrowed down the possible choices, we returned the next day and worked with Josh to do a part exchange on our old vehicle for a VW Caddy van. Josh was never pushy and was always conversational and warm in his manner. We identified a few things that needed attention on the van - touch up paint, repair on a door seal, removing racking in the back and so on. All were done as promised and communication was good to keep us updated. Our experience was excellent and we were amazed at how large an operation the business is. We would recommend to others.
I have just made a big step in my business and decided to buy a van from Big Van World as my company is now growing and I needed a proper van for work. I was recommended big van world through a friend of mine and I must say the process was nice and easy start to finish, dealt with a young lad called Michael, would definitely recommend. Michael was a very knowledgeable lad and explained the process, the van features and spoke of different pros and cons for different vans. I would recommend to anyone and if you get Michael as the sales man I can guarantee you will be more then happy.
I couldn’t recommend big van world more. My salesman Michael was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and happy to assist me in any inquiries I had. I purchased a VW van and it’s still flawless a year on. I’m thinking about buying another van and I won’t hesitate to come pick it up off you guys. Great work keep it up.
A very easy process from a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff Chris. Any questions I had he always got the answer quickly. The delivery was easy and the guys did not leave until I was happy. They seem to go the extra mile compared to other companies I have dealt with. Highly recommended.
Very frustrating experience with this seller. We placed a reservation on a van supposedly for 24 hours. The seller, Josh, got in touch asking to confirm the van we were interested in as there is no confirmation of your payment/reservation as such. So don’t expect a confirmation email. The van wasn’t ready to be viewed for a few days as not even on their site yet and we had to chase updates regularly. Following an announced 12 days delay, we decided to transfer our £250 reservation fee on a different much more expensive van from the same company. This one also needed several days to be ready to be seen and we found a better deal elsewhere in the meantime. Be aware as they made it very difficult to get a refund of the £250 reservation even though they claim otherwise on their website and nothing is stated on deposits in their terms and conditions which is illegal. Seller kept claiming that we needed to view the vehicle and decline it in order to get the refund which we asked to do online. It is stated on both the reservation process as well as the Covid information page that you could do online viewings and non contact purchases but seller kept pushing for an in person viewing which is 3 hours drive away from where we live. Since I paid the deposit with a credit card, I have been able to start a claim process with the bank and let the seller know this was on-going. He finally randomly came back with a text stating he asked the accounting service to process our refund which we got a couple of days later. Sad it had to go this far and that way. Very poor and stressful experience. Also be aware that there is a by default setting on their WhatsApp conversations which they initiated following a couple of emails that deletes messages automatically after 7 days. You can change that setting and back up the chat in order to keep a trail of exchanges in case things go wrong the way it did for us. These evidences were capital for the bank to retrieve the money if they didn’t do it themselves. Absolutely not recommending this seller and their rude manners.
We recently brought a Mercedes Vito from Josh at Big Van World and the service we received was marvellous. Josh was exceptional at keeping us updated throughout the sale and made this purchase an even better one! Thank you Josh and the rest of the team.
We bought a Mercedes Citan from Big Van World 1 year ago. Immediately after buying the vehicle there was an issue, it came with a 3 month warranty and I was told by the salesperson William to get my own mechanic to fix it and send in the receipts. I did this and then didn't think much of it until we had some more issues. I realised then we had not yet been refunded. I again followed it up and was ignored - called the office and never got a call back. I am leaving this review in the hope that someone actually sorts this out for me. Derek has been the most recent person to actually reply but now is asking for communications with the warranty provider which was not what I was asked to do. Fingers crossed they get back to me now.
Recently purchased a new Van, experienced a couple issues on day 1 however I cannot fault the after service from the team at Big Van World especially Derek who’s communication and reassurance was 5*. They fixed the issue and also went above and beyond. I cannot fault the service I received, Thank you
