I bought my Mazda CX5 a couple of weeks ago and I am way beyond pleased and happy with the car and for the exceptional service from Ange. He is the BEST! I bought both my kids cars from Ange and cant express enough how professional and helpful he was. All the cars are in amazing condition and we even get our cars serviced and fixed by him. Ange and his workers made me feel very comfortable and helped me with all my questions. Both my children are very happy with their cars and have had no problems in referring Metro Automotive Group to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and reliable business.
We bought a VW Tiguan off Ange back in Feb and couldn't be more pleased with both the car, and the service he and his team gave us. We recently discovered the car was missing a lock nut which was needed to remove the tyres and Ange kindly gave us one of his spare ones, and did a repair for us for nothing. We will be recommending to all our friends!
I just bought my new Golf from the team at Metro and to say the service is exceptional is an understatement. Fantastic, friendly team that went above and beyond - and they all made the whole experience of purchasing a car a pleasure. Absolutely would recommend!
WOW! What can I say where do I start Angelo is the most honest and professional person I have ever dealt with my car was stolen and was waiting on insurance to finish my claim I had called Angelo up about a car he had for sale went down had a look liked the car placed a deposit few hours later the police called saying my car had been found I then called insurance stopped the payout called Angelo explained the situation before I could even say would I be able to get refund Angelo said come down collect your deposit even though he had wright to keep deposit true gentlemen and pots that old cliché about car salesmen to bed. Just picked up our car from Ange & the crew at metro automotive group. Great customer service experience, highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a good used car.
I would like to give Angelo and his team 10 stars but Google said "no". I initially contacted Angelo about 10 days ago in regards to an ASX on his lot my partner fell in love with. We messaged back and forward and I was immediately impressed by the honesty I encountered. When the car I was looking at interstate fell through I again contacted Angelo about a VF commodore on his lot he had just listed and had major interest in. I told Angelo my situation as we were awaiting finance and Angelo went above and beyond to assist us with that process and even held the vehicles for us while we finished our applications Needless to say, once our loan was approved, Angelo was my first phone call. Since then he has done everything for us including registering and transferring both cars over, doing all the paperwork via scanners and emails and setting up all the bank transfer things for our bank. Then today, we came in from 4 hours away to pick up our vehicles to find them freshly serviced, washed, vacuumed, sanitised with new tyres and brakes and rotors where needed and both were fully fuelled and parked by the front door for collection. THIS IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A GENUINE BUSINESS. Well done.

Bought Mazda CX 7 yesterday, i am so excited with services of Angelo and 2 beautiful and professional ladies up there omg never had such great professional experience before.. Angelo and other staff really know what they doing and gave me a great deal with my trade in car and warranty roadside assistance just amazing car and professional people... i felt like i know them for ages but tbh that was my first visit 1000% recommend Metro Automotive Group hats off
