Motoink has fantastic customer service, built me my dream bike and continue to check in with me to ensure everything is running smoothly. Will be getting a tattoo done there in a month or so too. Would highly recommend.

WORST MECHANIC IN MELBOURNE!! Please read! I went in for some miner mechanical work to be done and came away with a bike in worst condition than i took it in. I had bolts which where practically brand new as the bike has low k’s stripped and damaged, i had a “quote” which when i went to pay had increased and i was giving a ridiculous reason why and having got the bike home it completely died, pulled the seat off to check the fusebox only to find several fuses pulled out and bent at 60-70° angles. I wouldnt trust this guy with a push bike let alone a motorbike do your self a favour and dont bring your pride and joy here… youll regret it. please note this review has nothing to do with sales, tattoo or the haircut services as i did not deal with them
Average service. Poor communication in the purchase process and resultant delays. Over promise and under deliver. Below average work on a restored motorbike they charged a premium for - paint finish splotchy and over spray on components, rust spots painted over, messy wiring, cable ties holding mud guards. Charged for 12 months rego but only registered for 6…That one was rectified but it’s an oversight that shouldn’t have happened. Was told as I was about to ride out of the shop “you might want to fill er’ up on your way home, it’s almost empty”…that’s just rude. Will not return for any servicing or future purchases.
Amazed by the size and the cleanliness of the shop when first walked in, greeted by Con and showed around. Talked about history of the shop and current bike stock and within 20 minutes I bought a brand new CFMOTO 650NK SP, bike was promptly registered and prepared to ride away. Would definitely recommend to riders of all experience to consider making your next bike purchase at MotoInk or haircut or tattoo. I know this purchase wont be my last.
As a first time bike purchaser the guys at MotoInk couldn't have been more supportive and encouraging. No selling, just a warm welcome to have a look around and build my confidence in my bike choice. By the time I'd chosen a bike, been fitted out with some very reasonably priced safety gear and accessories and was rolling out the door, I felt like their adopted son! Great follow up and product support as well. No fuss whatsoever. Extremely appreciative of the help getting on the road. Cheers
Shop fitting and the bikes are so good. But feeling not welcome today when I walked into the shop with my family, 1 staff sitting at the reception, 1 staff sitting at the barber area, 2 staff played table tennis, but on one came to us. Feeling bit disappointed.
Everyone there is friendly, great atmosphere. Been there twice so far due to go again each experience has been really good and I always seem to be super happy with the outcome, the look of my hair. Eddie, you are awesome with your styling skills. You knock it out of the park everytime. Thank you ! Need to make another appointment in a few days !
