We received absolutely pathetic service from Kelvin and Kate at Coburg Kwik Kopy. We were told initially that it would be 2 weeks for business cards to get printed and 10 weeks later we still haven't received them. Kelvin constantly lied to my partner and I every time we called to enquire as to when they would be ready. I'm fine waiting for things to get printed as long as they are within a given time frame, but 2 months late and an owner who is more than okay lying to a customer is disgusting. Absolutely, shockingly piss poor service from Kelvin. What a joke. Seriously, how is this place still in business?

The worst experience ever, everytime you placed an order, they replies： it will be ready next week, but it never com true. If I do not give them a following call, it seems that they are totally forget everthing.

I went to Kwik Kopy Coburg for the first time today and I was very impressed. Kelvin the owner, was both very helpful and very friendly and the service was excellent. I had an A2 black and white photo printed and I was very happy with the price and the quality. I will be using their service on a regular basis from now on.

I would not even give it a star. Very poor service. No communication. I went in to get a A1 pic printed and a custome Made frame. I had to call everyday as kelvin made no contact with me. Every time was 'oh I'll call him now'. So in the end I said don't worry bout frame, just print picture. So 3pm was pic up time. Walk in and 'oh this isn't good, I haven't started yet. Very unprofessional. So I took my money elsewhere. *do not recommend them

Poor customer service. Poor timing and poor printing. Didnt answer online quote after 24 hours (which is unusual for other kwik kopy's ) I called them the next morning and they received the file i sent and asked me to come in at 3:30pm. I arrived at the quoted time and they forgot to print the file. Told another 20 mins. I asked for a discount since i waited all day but they didnt want too. I said i would just ask another kwik kopy to print it instead and the girl at the counter decided to give me a $5 dollar discount so i agreed and waited my 20 mins. My print was wrapped and when i got home i inspected the print to find several blotches and scratch marks as if it was drawn on in a few places by a pencil. Will not be returning
