Disgusting customer service …really rude old man that works there and no respect for Children. Will never visit the store again it doesn’t even deserve a star!!!

The worst experience dont go there ever, the person serving was so impatient couldnt be bothered with us looking properly! Kept on taunting us that its just a small gift hurry up and buy and go. He was so useless that he looked like her couldnt be bothered with being a good sales person! Kept saying your onl y spending a little money so hurry up and decide. Then we was like there are many customers waiting hurry up when literally there was another customer who had been there for so long that it wasnt even fun! The mock the name of customer service, they are not a gold shop they are a joke!

I went to the store yesterday, after I  drove one hour to get there. I found their service very racist as when I asked the shop attendant if he had something I wanted the answer to everything was I do not have it but then I saw him happily assisting and giving good service to people of his same background his answer shows that he is racist and if you're from any other nationality don't go here because you are wasting your time!

So Poor and disrespectful to the costumers, i would give them less than Zero rating. 60 years old  male staff member tell us to hurry up to decide the ring we want literally it was 3 minutes after we got inside the shop because he said the staff can’t spend lot of time with one customer the shop is very busy today and i need to serve more people!!!! We shocked from his behaviour we left the shop straightway.. please don’t waste your time going there they don’t deserve your business.

I got a coin from this store worth 240$ for 350$!!!these people literally ripping you off!you have to be really careful with them and also don't repeat my mistake,make sure  check other stores before you buy anything from them.

Took an expensive ring for resizing there. They did the job but a day later I realised that had cracked the stone from 2 sides in the process. They failed to disclose this and wouldn't own up to it.
