I booked an appointment and arrived on time, but I have been waiting for the doctor for two hours now. This clinic is terrible, and I will not recommend it to anyone. It was my first time here, and it will be my last. They do not seem to care about their patients.
Made appointment to see skin specialist and quoted $65 with a medi reb.nWhen i arrived they charged me $100 for yhe service i booked. not happy at all. Overseas callcentre taking calls for the doctors and they said sorry for the wrong price.nNot happy st all.
I'm not usually one to give bad reviews but this place is absolutely awful. If you feel sick, you'll leave this place feeling sicker. The staff are unprofessional receptionist disclosed some of my medical history audibly in the reception They never answer the phone, after waiting for 12 minutes on hold they hung up. After 3 weeks of trying they haven't sent my medical history to my NEW clinic. Despite both myself and my new clinic trying multiple times to obtain it.nDo NOT go here. You'll regret it.
I recently had a consultation with Dr Ahmed Elkafrawi. My experience was great. The doctor was friendly, professional and informative.nI look forward to seeing him again in August.
Came here for ear irrigation as one of my ears was blocked due to wax buildup - got exactly that, which warrants a good review for this place amidst all the negative ones.nnThose reviews are correct regarding the long wait times and somewhat dated systems eg. the registration form is wholly paper-based, but I accept the tradeoff given how much cheaper a GP appointment here is $65. You can also trust that you’ll be well taken care of with Dr. Ghaemi!
