No option for ZERO RATING. Receptionist are disgusting. Zero communication skills. Poor customer service. Ask for a specific doctor, without asking me the stupid receptionist just told wait 30 minutes. I waited an hour other people been called who arrived after me. When i see the doctor calling others name then i ask doctor she said because i got medicare the receptionist put me for a doctor who looks after medicare. Lost my break from work without having break fast and need to leave the clinic. I wish this clinic get closed soon

Over the weekend I had my son circumcised at this clinic and it went terribly bad for him. He had to be rushed back to the clinic due to heavy bleeding and ended up getting stitches . We were asked to come back for a review at the clinic today . My eldest son is on respiratory support at home and i had to leave him with his carer who had to finish at 3 pm . After waiting for about 40 minutes I went to the receptionist and very politely asked her about when my turn would be and that I have left my unwell son at home , his nurse will have to go but she looks at me in complete anger , not listening to what I was saying and says that she doesn’t care and that I am already late for my appointment and that there’s a patient before me and she can’t “kick”that patient out for me . I was in complete shock for her to speak to me like that . I asked her again whether she just said that she can’t “kick” someone out for me and she nodded feeling very proud of her behaviour . I got really angry at her and asked her what had I said or down that she spoke to me like that and I had told her a personal thing about my son being on respiratory support at home and that’s why I was asking, I didn’t want her kick anyone out for me I just wanted to know when my turn was . My second son was in my arms , he started playing with the papers on her desk , she literally snatched them from him . I was completely taken aback by her attitude and asked for the manager . She goes like , your doctor is the owner you can talk to him about it . I was so humiliated and upset. When the doctor came , my husband had already spoken to him over the phone about what had happened because he’s a doctor too , I told him everything in front of the receptionist , instead of feeling sorry she said Thankyou in a very sarcastic way to me . I literally broke into tears because of her behaviour and couldn’t even get my son properly checked becaus I was shaking in anger . I told the doctor that I was a regular but never coming back again . He said he will look into the matter but I doubt anything was going to happen . I had heard many times about the receptionists here being rude but only believe them after first hand experience .

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Unsympathetic and unprofessional. 1 star rating is pretty generous for this place. The nurse shoved a needle into my arm like I was a horse.

Please stay away from this clinic they have no idea what they are doing clueless. Only good for medical certificates and Nurofen plus. 😡😡😡

I am husband of nishwa zafar who commented about a recent event in this clinic. I would like to warn people about the low level of professionalism of staff including receptionist in this clinic. My son 3 years old is now on breathing support. When he first arrived in Australia in Jan 2015, I got him reviewed by one of the doctors in this clinic for vaccination, he was having cough at that time and was given antibiotics. He was never reviewed by maternal child health nurse and never had a green book. Later I got him reviewed by same doctor and asked for a referral for horizontal nystagmus for him to be seen in RCH. I was always worried about his floppiness and delayed milestones. He was having difficulty swallowing and had recurrent infections. Although I raised my concerned multiple times including to the doctors in RCH and his GP, without even a proper history taking of mistones development and a proper examination of power , muscle tone and reflexes, i was counseled that its looks like physiological delay. Even during an admission in RCH with respiratory infection in March 2015, his xray showed large heart, no one examined his muscle tone , reflexes and power. His issue of large heart was not followed up even by GP in this clinic. Ultimately I asked GP in this medical centre to refer him to RCH for review. I was given that referral to be handed over to reception so that they can fax it to RCH outpatient. I handed over to receptionist, who put it across the fax machine and told me that it has been faxed. Later I kept following up with RCH outpatient unit and after more than 3 weeks I was informed that they did not receive any referral. I called the clinic and informed them that RCH has no referral received from clinic. It was at that time a new referral was sent again. Actually when first time the fax was tried it did not work. This can happen while faxing documents. Usually there is a report about either the document being sent or not. But I think the receptionist did not take that much care. Finally it took 3 more weeks , and RCH advised me that my son appointment will be in next 3 months. It was at this point I decided about getting him reviewed by Private Paediatrician. It was in late July 2015 that he was reviewed by specialist. At the age of 10 months that he was diagnosed with rare genetic disorder Pompe disease. He later start receiving enzyme treatment. But ironically a child who was at risk of dying with respiratory infection was never offered an influenza vaccination. In February 2016, he end up having Influenza A (could have been prevented by vaccination). what happens afterwards and how I fought to keep my son alive against the wishes of RCH , is a long story and can be read at Cure Pompe facebook group. After three and a half months staf i was able to take him home alive , although on breathing support through tracheostomy. I continued to fight for him and he is still alive and having his double dose of enzyme. This is the first case of its kind in Australia. The point here is , be really careful about the competency of your doctor and the attitude and behaviour of the staff at a clinic. You could be risking your or your loved one's health and life by negligences of such people. Next time, I will let you know what happened with my nephew and how he died at age 4 months in Jan 2017, again due to some negligences. I am a doctor myself, I could have taken people to the court, but I am not greedy about money and , otherwise these people would have seen the result of such negligences and behaviours. In the clinic where I work , our receptionist cannot think about doing what the staff in this clinic do. Also the competency of doctors in our clinic is much higher then what it is here. (its important to mention here, our GP is at least really co-operative but would be better if spend more time with patients to diagnose and manage things better for earlier detection and management, especially quality time on history taking and examination which usually take less then 10 minutes).
