The best medical centre in Coburg!nnI’ve been coming here for a while now and I can honestly say it’s the best place for both appointments and walk-ins. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional, and they really care about their patients. The service is quick and efficient — even when I’ve walked in without an appointment, I was looked after in good time.nnThe doctors are excellent, the receptionists are lovely, and the whole team works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend Coburg Family Medical Centre if you want great service and caring staff.nnThank you to everyone at the clinic for always looking after me so well!
I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Maher. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. He was not only highly knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the clinic was clean and well-organized. I’m grateful to have found such a dedicated and compassionate practitioner. Highly recommended!
I have been attending this clinic for maybe 15 years. I am very happy with my regular Dr here, and also 2 others that I see when my regular Dr. is not available. I have found them to be respectful, knowledgable, professional and caring. I have felt their support through some difficult times. I have also had the same professional and friendly treatment from the Clinical nurse and the pathology staff. It has varied a little bit at reception.nYes at times it has been difficult to get to reception, by phone, at all. On the whole I find staff at reception quite inundated, but mostly doing their job. Some more switched on to providing a service than others.nI have very much appreciated the bulk bill policy, which is now mixed billing, and the continuity over the years of having a good caring Dr......you do have to be patient though as waiting times can be long... take a good book to read.....
I've been coming here for as long as I can remember and Dr. Luka has taken care of me like his own family. He has always been my greatest advocate for my care and always listens to my health concerns. He has diagnoses me multiple times when other doctors have not been able to do so. He ensures my test results are always followed up. The centre is clean with competent staff members who are friendly and obliging. They bulk bill which makes life so much easier and are one of the very few places who still accept walk ins. I've always had a good experience here and the wait is always worth it. My family attend here too and they are our trusted team of carers. I've also seen other doctors at the clinic and have had the same experience. Always professional, thorough and advocating! Highly recommend!!
My doctor Dr.Ahmad Elkafrawi has been an incredible support in my journey to better health. From the very first visit, he took the time to understand my concerns and create a treatment plan tailored to my needs. His expertise and compassionate approach have made a huge difference in my well-being, and I’ve seen significant improvements thanks to his guidance. He’s always patient with my questions and has empowered me to take charge of my health.I’m incredibly grateful for his help and the positive impact he’s had on my life and for the people who are seeing him for the first time you will love it he will make u comfortable the second you walk in and will treat you with all respect.
