The manager there was extremely helpful, and alert to the fact that there were a lot of people coming into the branch - spoke to each individual to streamline their inquiry. I was impressed with the level of service considering how many customers were inside. Staff apologised for the waiting time, which was due to customer numbers, and offered alternatives online or via phone, but did not turn anyone away.

Completely useless. Somehow screwed up an order for new cards twice and then refused to re-order the cards express without charging me big fees. 6 weeks on and still no debit card for my account.

Well it closes at 4 pm, that's too soon. But somehow I managed to get there at 3:50 pm to open a new bank account and after making me wait for 20 minutes they say me to come next day. Hell I got there on time..... :( Good that I opened a bank account in another bank today.
