The store is pretty big and stocks a lot of different things. However, getting a prescription medication here is insanely slow. I’ve waited over an hour on multiple occasions to get one prescription.nSometimes I’m waiting this long just for them to tell me they don’t have the prescription I’m after. Despite being local, I’m no longer going to this chemist as it’s genuinely quicker to go to one in the city with the wait times here.
The worker told on me to the security guard for getting the item myself from the top shelf?! Get it together champ. If you literally can't do your job by getting up on the ladder and looking in a box, give it up. Maybe he was annoyed that I was taller than him, and could actually reach up or maybe because I cashed him out for chatting instead of doing his job
Had the pleasure of being assisted by Olivia today in cosmetics and was very pleased with the service I received. It was lovely to be helped by someone who knew what they were talking about, and was happy to help with a smile on their face.
shoutout to a young Asian girl who helped me to check my blood pressure on monday 19 January 2026 afternoon around 1 PM. she smiled, treated me very well during my blood pressure check. you are amazing. thank you!
Why bother with bright, attention-grabbing price tags if they’re just showing the exact same price as before? It’s misleading and honestly feels like a waste of effort. Customers notice these things, and it makes the store look like it’s trying to trick people rather than offer real value.nnDo better—clear and honest pricing goes a long way.
