The male pharmacist handling document certification was shockingly rude and dismissive to me this morning. I can understand he was busy but there are ways to say the things. If he can’t show basic respect for a simple request, I dread to think how he treats the elderly or anyone needing extra care.
I was given dangerous advice from one of the pharmacist here at your chemist. The pharmacist told me that I needed to ask my doctor for a second script as the dosage wasn't going to be enough for the 5 days I was advised to take my medication. I was given clear instructions by your pharmacist, as well as the label on the medication stating I take 2 pills, 3 times daily.nnAfter finishing off the first packet of my medication in 2 days, I called my doctor for the second script and they were mortified at what had just happened... I was taking double the recommended dose under the pharmacists advice when it was supposed to only be 1 pill, 3 times daily.nnI don't know if I'm going to take this further but this should NOT have happened. A warning to others - please take precautions before trusting these 'medical professionals'.
Why bother with bright, attention-grabbing price tags if they’re just showing the exact same price as before? It’s misleading and honestly feels like a waste of effort. Customers notice these things, and it makes the store look like it’s trying to trick people rather than offer real value.nnDo better—clear and honest pricing goes a long way.
Pharmacist and crew were super helpful and patient with me at 23:00 last night. Great opening hours, great range of stock, and medications are never on back order unlike some other pharmacies
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed to prefer talking to each other than to try and help me find something. The wait times are always long, and there are not enough seats to wait which makes the wait feel longer especially if you're already feeling sick. Staff really need better training to help them with their customer service. If you can avoid it don't go here. Parking is not too bad.
