Visited this store just to buy 2 x S26 formula milk. Being told that they allow 1 per customer only so I have to drop 1. Are S26s that rare? Never had problem with 2 x S26 at any other place. My first and last time at this particular store.

They need training in customer and patient care, the pharmacist didn't care to explain how to use the medication. And when I asked him, he gave a weird look.

Terrible service and unapologetic staff member from female Pharmacist called Reanne or Breanne(?). I came in here the other day to pick up a low priority script that I'd forgotten about (had been there for about one week). I knew I'd dropped it off here as it was a script with three repeats and also my Medicare card was behind the counter, too. The first staff member I asked couldn't find it so transferred my case to the Pharmacist. She couldn't find it and instead of trying other versions of my name she yelled out several times that it wasn't in the system, before coming over to me and telling me "that I'd only been here once for a previous script and that I'd in fact never handed this prescription or my Medicare card in". I told her about two more times that I know I'd handed it in, which made her continue searching. After another 10 minutes of standing around I finally said I had to go, after which she mentioned she'd found it. She tried explaining to me why she couldn't find it after which I said I didn't care to hear why. She did not say sorry even once. This is very poor service in my opinion, especially seeing as she tried telling me I'd never stepped foot in there, nor were my things there. Never going here again! (Oh also I was ignored for about 5 minutes whilst waiting to be served by 3 people behind the counter, and was only paid attention when I had to hail it after 2 older looking folks were served instantly).

I went in the store first thing I noticed were boxes taking up more than half the aisle i could bearly get around without falling, which could have being easily stacked second thing was the cashier named Mary Jane, I was buying an expensive product and i was going to use a discount card to save a bit of money, but she completely faked using it for no apparent reason! The only way I knew was when i looked at the price online and it is the same as the one on the receipt no discount. Honestly never coming here again... wouldnt recommend coming here either!
