The mature dark-haired woman who does perfume testers at this store needs to be way more professional. Yes, it is nice to chat to customers. Yes, make them feel welcome. However, nattering on at length about families and weddings and blah, when other customers wait in excess of 10 minutes is not on. It wasn't even as though she was closing a big sale, as they just wanted cheap everyday stuff. Be more responsive and don't treat it like a social occasion.
Absolutely disgusting service no help whatsoever from the pharmacist.nI asked him for something. He said they’re out of stock and was very rude walked away from me. I asked him to recommend something else. He mumbled something and pointed to the front mind you they have so many different variations. I couldn’t find it. I’m waiting again for some help. He ignored me didn’t even look at me, absolutely disgusting
It took over 30 minutes to fill one order. The dispensary was not running efficiently - many customers were waiting for long periods of time. It seemed that too many orders were being taken with not enough staff on hand to fulfill and hand out the order. Management need to fix this, by rostering additional staff/improving the systems in place to reduce customer wait times. Until then, take your prescription elsewhere - this Chemist Warehouse just wants your money and doesn’t care how long you wait.
Went to pick up a script that was being kept on file, the first pharmacist I spoke to informed me they didn’t have it but the delivery would be in the following day.nnUpon returning the following afternoon I was told it was not in and if they ordered it that day, it’d be in the following one.nAt this point I requested for my script back so I could try another chemist, I didn’t want to wait and was heading to work. They tried to tell me other CH would have it and appeared reluctant to give me my script until I insisted.nnLong story short, went to the pharmacy a few doors down who were not only in stock but quicker, cheaper and much more personable as well as being independent.
This middle eastern Pharmacist is soo rude! He lacks basic manners. I am not sure how he is qualified to be a pharmacist. Basic communication skills are taught during studies, but he seemed to lack them. I suspect that he might have obtained a fake degree from overseas!!!
