Why bother with bright, attention-grabbing price tags if they’re just showing the exact same price as before? It’s misleading and honestly feels like a waste of effort. Customers notice these things, and it makes the store look like it’s trying to trick people rather than offer real value.nnDo better—clear and honest pricing goes a long way.
Worst customer service and worst pharmacy ever visited. Lady pharmacist was too rude. I went to pick my bp medicine. Waited for 20 min and she showed up that we have only one box of medicine instead of 2, and we will order and cannot give 1. I have bought many times 1 box on the same script, as shown in the history as well. Secondly its not in your stock, not i requested. Told her to ask senior and she was so reluctant to ask. I wish, I could give them negative ratings. If you can’t understand that medicine is a necessity, better find other job.
Unprofessional approach by staff. I had a gum surgery and the dentist prescribed a pain killer. These guys called that medicine illegal! However, a while ago I got the same thing from another chemist. They could see I was on extreme pain. But, they didn’t even bother to confirm with the dentist to make sure. They had the medicine, but they avoid giving it to me. If you call that illegal, why you have in stock?!
The pharmacist refused to sell my partner over the counter medication our GP recommended for our one year old daughter and rudely told him off for attempting to buy it and then angrily stated this particular medical condition doesn’t occur in children that young when in actual fact it does! So I had to return to our GP and get a prescription the only way they would dispense it for us. Our GP even showed me the medicine information guidelines to make a point that young children can use this under a GP’s discretion. We ended up taking our business elsewhere for her medicine.nnThe Chemist warehouse pharmacist on duty that day was completely unprofessional and didn’t provide my partner a medical reason for not selling him the medication. You made my daughter wait an extra 3 days for her to access some medical relief. Shame on you.
Filling prescriptions usually takes a while. Background ads getting annoying, as do the waterfalls of sale tags and other marketing material placed everywhere. Some staff are friendly, but have felt like communication is missing at times with pharmacists.
