Probably the worst customer service I have ever encounted in Melbourne, the guy that normally works behind the desk, Mick I think is his name, couldn't care less about anyone, when you place your bet there he throws the ticket back at you as if your nobody, he's always in the back eating his lunch one time I left $180 in the machine, and he refused to follow it up and cancel the ticket, and another guy walked out with my money, the owner there is just as bad, he couldn't run a lolly shop let alone a TAB. Avoid at all cost, the toilet stinks, just as much as the owner. Plenty of TABs in Melbourne where they look after the punter
